NEW MARKET HOURS

LOAD IN & TAKE DOWN

In order to bring in more customers without overwhelming the weekend, we are introducing a Thursday component to the market.

Starting with a seniors and accessibility event from 2-4pm. Melissa has spoken to several homes who are on board and will be sending shuttles.

Following the seniors time, we will be opening the market to hopefully more serious shoppers in a more limited capacity with a ticketed shopping event. Tickets are $10 including a mulled wine or hot chocolate.

Each vendor will get 2 additional passes at no charge for friends and family, in addition to the vendor. Please RSVP with your guests names to markets@theeddie.ca before November 15th so they can be added to the guest list. We will also be inviting press to hopefully make the local papers and attract Kingston and further shoppers over the weekend

LOAD IN & TAKE DOWN

With the added market day, load in will be available from noon on Wednesday until 9pm and again on Thursday from 8am to 2pm.

For load in, you can park opposite the sheep shed and load in through the back lawn (no stairs) or through the front and load in up the stairs.

Please do not drive on the back lawn

In order to ensure that we maximize parking, on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, please park back by the pavilion or forming one of 4 rows in the back lot by the millennium trail .

The market maps and booth locations will be available mid October on this page.

Business cards and post cards are now available for pickup. They can be picked up from the main house of the Eddie through the kitchen door. There is a little vestibule there and the cards are in a Tupperware container. Please take what you need but leave enough for others!

We have some lawn signs available, but new 36" x 24" signs will be ready for pick up mid October and will be available in the same kitchen vestibule and the front area of the greenhouse.

Below are some logos, an "I'm a vendor" graphic and other items for posting and marketing the event. I will update these closer to with Instagram formatted graphics which you can download and share.

SANTA VIISTS & KIDS AREA

Santa will be visiting on Sunday only at 1pm

The kids play area will be supervised and will have activities and from 10am to 1pm Sunday. Location based on weather TBD.

NaughtY Elf BAR

Naughty Elf Bar will be open from 2pm to 8pm on Thursday and from 11am Friday, Saturday and Sunday to allow us to assist where needed during the first hour of the market.

The main barn bar will be open during all market hours.
