The County has some beautiful wines, beers and spirits, and we have a selection of some of our favorites at the link below.
If there is another wine you would prefer, we are able to order that in for you, however we do require an estimated quantity in advance as you will be charged for what is brought in, regardless of actual consumption as we cannot return part cases. Corkage of $20/ 750ml bottle is only charged on what is opened. Champagne Toasts, Beer and Spirits are not available through corkage.

RUBY'S LATE NIGHT
We have a number of options for a rehearsal event at The Eddie including a bar night in Ruby's Clubhouse, a sit down dinner in the sheep shed, or food stations and grazing tables on the cocktail lawn.
Family Style BBQ Dinner from $45/per person
Charcuterie and grazing table from $10.50 per person
Room rental or set up fee extra unless you have a full weekend package which includes a rehearsal event.

RUBY'S LATE NIGHT
Do you like to party? Your friends too? You may be interested in taking Ruby's clubhouse for a late night lounge.
Available from midnight until 2:00am for bar service and 2:30am close, so you can keep the party going in Ruby's after the main barn shuts.
This costs an additional $1250 and has a $500 min bar spend. Transportation must be provided for the late night portion of the evening as well.

We have a number of options available for food on your wedding day. Game Day food can be served in the Bridal Studio, Main House, Ruby's or the Carriage House.
On Saturday's until 1:00pm, there are a number of food options at the farmers market, but the market has a hard stop to clear out for your event, so no food is available after 1pm from the market.
Mimosa's, beer and other alcoholic beverages are available either pre ordered (preferred) for a set time and place, or you can order on the day of your wedding and we will bring it to you.
Outside food and drink are not permitted except in bedrooms.

Grilled cheese, pub grub and pizza are all available from the Eddie for your late night, as well as taco's and poutine
When we do the late night it includes set up, clean up and use of proper plates and silverware as required.
When your caterer does the late night buffet, they must either have staff to clean up after, or use disposable containers.

Ask us about having a liquer cart after dinner. This mobile bar can be set up by the coffee station, outside by the fire or by the desserts.
Charged at $100 per hour for setup and staffing, plus consumption, this add on elevates the evening and will be well received by many of your guests.

The Eddie offers for coffee service for $3.50 per guest, and we have both electric urns and the silver service shown above. The silver service is only available when the coffee is provided by The Eddie.
When your caterer is charging and providing coffee, they should bring their own urns, coffee, milk etc. We will set up the coffee cups, station etc typically either in the bar, or at the back corner by the kitchen as you prefer.

Please remember to book transportation for your wedding evening. A number of providers are listed in the preferred vendors document.
As a general rule, if you have most guests staying between Wellington and Bloomfield, use of vans or suburban's will be sufficient to manage your guests getting home safely. If your guests are staying in Picton or Belleville, you may need larger transportation such as Sandbanks vacations 22 passenger shuttle, as the turn around time is longer, so more guests need to be moved with each shuttle trip.

We have a cheese shop on site and can make you custom cheese boards for getting ready, cocktail hour or late night.
Either let us put one together for you, or let us know your favorites from our cheese menu and have a custom board to suit your tastes, priced on request.
Alternatively, we have grazing stations which are large tables filled with vegetables and dips, charcuterie, crisps and delicious local and foreign cheeses. A crowd pleaser from $10.50 per person ++
